We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days of receipt, as required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the OrderBhejo mobile application, web client, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Permitted Commercial Use & Merchant Obligations
OrderBhejo provides software tools to facilitate direct merchant-to-consumer communication, digital catalogs, and order tracking. You agree that you are legally authorized to sell the products listed in your catalog, comply with applicable consumer protection and tax laws (including GST), and deliver orders promptly as agreed with your customers.
3. Direct Payments & Independent Transactions
OrderBhejo is not a payment aggregator, escrow provider, or party to commercial transactions between you and your customers. All payments (via UPI, bank transfer, or cash) are made directly between buyer and seller. OrderBhejo charges 0% transaction commission and holds no liability for buyer-seller commercial disputes.
4. Acceptable Use & Content Policy
You may not use OrderBhejo to send unsolicited spam broadcasts, harass individuals, or sell prohibited goods (counterfeits, prescription pharmaceuticals, weapons, illicit substances, or adult content). Violation of this policy results in immediate and permanent account termination.
5. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 13 years old to hold an OrderBhejo account. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your activity on the platform.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalore, Rajasthan, India.
7. Grievance Redressal
Complaints about content, conduct or the service may be sent to the Grievance Officer named at the top of this page. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
