We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days of receipt, as required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
1. Free Starter Tier
OrderBhejo's Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment method. There are no automatic charges and no recurring fees on it.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Pro costs ₹99 per month and adds the product catalog, the customer orders dashboard, OrderBhejo Web on desktop, unlimited broadcast lists and your own storefront link. The Verified Business Badge is a separate ₹99 per month add-on for Pro accounts. Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it from the Pro screen in the app; cancelling stops the next charge and Pro stays active until the end of the month already paid for. The badge is billed in advance, monthly, through Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with a paid subscription for any reason within 7 days of the charge, email hello@orderbhejo.in and we will refund it in full, with no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically reach it within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can stop the renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancelling does not end the period you have already paid for: Pro features stay active until it expires, after which the account returns to the Free plan. Your catalog, chats and orders are not deleted when a subscription ends.
