1. Account Deletion Overview
Deleting your account removes your profile, product catalog, contacts, chat history and linked desktop sessions from our production databases. Deletion completes within 7 days of the request, and cannot be undone once it has run.
2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
• Your public digital catalog link (orderbhejo.in/u/yourstore) is immediately disabled.
• Your active subscription is automatically canceled without future charges.
• Your verified merchant badge is revoked.
• Payment and tax records that Indian law requires us to keep are retained for the statutory period, even after the rest of your account is gone.
